Participants in our Dumoine River canoe trip have just returned after a fantastic week of white water paddling on a canoe trip down the Dumoine river, Canada. Planes, Trains, and Paddling Canoes, our Dumoine River Canoe Trip has been scheduled again for next year at the same time in July with a train ride from Toronto’s Union Station, a couple of nights at Ontario’s premier ecology lodge and a float plane ride to the top of the Dumoine River, Quebec. While the trip started amidst the summer wind storm that snapped trees across northern Ontario, our float planes glided in safely a few hours before the storm. The trip was highlighted by bright sunny days and excellent beginner friendly White Water canoeing.
