The Spirit of Winter invites us to slow down, go deep within, and illuminate new dreams we are being called to create for ourselves, our families, our communities, and our planet. At the completion of each year cycle, we have an opportunity to align in collective unity as we choose to embody gratitude, reflect on our previous year of growth, and clear the space within to nourish our dreams.
We are invited to create sacred time and space to explore the guiding questions below. Perhaps you are called to sit in solitude by the warmth of a fire with a delicious cup of tea, or, perhaps you are called to invite a group of friends or family to explore these questions together and share.
Imagine being in your heart, activating all of your senses:
What do you appreciate in your life in this present moment?
Remember the most important milestones of change you experienced in the past year.
List each milestone and how they helped you grow.
In your heart, activating all your senses:
What beliefs, mindsets, habits, behaviours, or relationships are ready to evolve, making room for new growth?
Acknowledging with gratitude the gifts of your life, and that which is ready to evolve, what is a simple ceremony/action you can do to clear the way for new life?
In your heart, activating all of your senses:
How do you imagine being nourished physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually this year?
What is your guiding inspiration for this year? What would it be like to write this in a clear, simple sentence, activated in the present tense?
Imagine inviting your heart to guide you to the Tree of Life within.
What would it be like to discover 3 dreams in this tree that support the greatest growth for you and our world?
Write them, activated in the present tense.
1. First Dream: What is the first action step I am taking to create this dream?
2. Second Dream: What is the first action step I am taking to create this dream?
3. Third Dream: What is the first action step I am taking to create this dream?
May this year be all that we dream it to be!
