I can appreciate how much the Spiral Path has helped me prepare for the very times we are in. The world is commanding change and evolution. There is an urgent need to acknowledge the truth in all our relationships - with ourselves, each other, the earth and spirit. The Spiral is speaking loudly, moving with great energy, as it stirs up and dismantles all that we have known and attached ourselves to out of comfort, habit or fear.

My soul sent me messages in the form of hearts, as to where it was enjoying its embodiment through me. I found hearts in my garden, heart rocks at the beach after watching the sunset, a heart carved on a tree in the forest, hearts in crystals, hearts in flowers. It was my soul saying "Thank you for valuing me,” "Thank you for including me," and "Thank you for sharing your human experience with me."

I had come to Lake Ontario that day to give thanks for Nature’s incredible Beauty of Creation that I perceive through all my senses, and which sustains me, even in the darkest of times. I left with a ‘gnowing’, that there is no separation between the Sacred Spiral of Creation to which I sang, and the continuously evolving energy that is me. I am the Beauty of Creation, and so are you. We are one, as experienced through life, gratitude, love, and the myriad acts of self-expression that are Creation itself.
