Lindsay Morris

Yoga teacher, nature lover, and Edge Retreat Facilitator.

Lindsay is eager to purposefully “get back to nature” and help others to do the same.

As a certified yoga and barre teacher, Lindsay aims to meet people where they are and help them feel grounded in their bodies and minds. Lindsay has found that the Edge provides a wonderful backdrop for self-discovery and empowerment – it is the perfect playground to realize that we are always stronger than we think we are!

Lindsay feels most alive when she can feel the sun or wind on her face. She truly enjoys being in service of others and always marvels at how much she learns from all the lovely guests that join her at the Edge.
