Megan worked for us as a teenager in the late 90’s, and we are overjoyed to have her on our team once again!
Megan and her husband Jon also run Deer Lake Lodge, a local farmstay B&B that occasionally provides meats for use in preparing guest meals, and where our guests occasionally “farm-stay another day” after their visit.
Since arriving home at the Edge, Megan has added a hint of inspiration to Edge breakfasts, inspiring us to serve Baby Dutch Pancakes and Crepes for the first time!
Megan will be taking some time at home with her newborn, but we hope to have Megan back in action in the Edge Kitchen soon.
